\u2018The weekend was wonderful. Rowan and Jane were warm and welcoming hosts – they couldn\u2019t do enough for you. The food was superb – Sarah is a fabulous cook – and plentiful. Ash created a relaxed environment, where everyone could do their own practice and have the yoga weekend they wanted. The introduction of journaling and giving us notebooks and pencils was a really nice touch. I\u2019d highly recommend the massage. The accommodation is superb and the setting idyllic. Ash, Jane and Rowan were really flexible with the schedule which helped all take advantage of the glorious weather meaning we could take full advantage of the surrounding countryside. Food was delicious. All freshly prepared and home cooked and the availability of a glass of wine or two was quite welcome. We all relaxed and had a great time. Ash made sure that the yoga was fun and that we did not take ourselves too seriously we particularly enjoyed a good laugh in the workshops. Christine, the local storyteller was a welcome surprise and inspiration. We were lucky to have such a cohesive group and great hosts, not to mention the chef. The place was just beautiful, in the Welsh countryside, surrounded by green fields and sheep, and Jane and Rowan cooked AMAZING..OMG… meals for us, took care of our every need, arranged cabs for us, booked massages on our behalf, treated us like friends and family and gave us each a Welsh Water Farewell Blessing when we, left.
